Biography

George is an associate with the Firm and a member of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team.He assists in private equity and capital markets transactions, including deals involving listed corporates drafting documentation, advising on regulatory and corporate governance issues and participating in due diligence exercises. He started his career as a trainee at Bernitsas Law before obtaining an LL.M. in the United States. George holds a Degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He is admitted to the Athens Bar (2024) Association and passed the New York Bar Exam in July 2025 (admission pending).
