Mr. Henry O. Moore

Henry O. Moore is an associate based in our Atlanta office, who focuses his practice on medical malpractice.
Prior to joining HBS, Henry practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Sandy Springs, where he focused on commercial litigation and insurance defense matters. During his time there he assisted with defending a broad spectrum of clients in areas such as multi-family property ownership and tenant litigation, property management disputes, manufacturing, employment, supplier/distributor agreements, and other general contract disputes. Henry also collaborated with major insurance companies to defend their insured transportation companies against personal injury claims resulting from motor vehicle accidents.

While in law school, Henry also worked as a law clerk at a litigation firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee, specializing in medical malpractice and hospital defense.

Henry was born and raised in a small town in North Georgia at the base of Lookout Mountain, just outside Chattanooga, Tennessee. He attended high school at The Baylor School in Chattanooga before earning a degree in finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Henry then graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law, where he participated in programs such as the College of Law’s graduate research assistant scholarship program and the business & law society.
