Biography

J. Kirk LeBlanc, the founding owner of LeBlanc Nettles Law, is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in matters ranging from municipal and governmental liability to construction law, premises liability, contract disputes, complex torts, wrongful death, and motor vehicle accidents. He is also experienced in foodborne illness litigation, including cases involving E. coli (0157:H7), norovirus, salmonella, and listeria. Clients rely on him not only for courtroom advocacy, but also for litigation avoidance strategies, alternative dispute resolution, and appellate work when needed. His practice has taken him across nearly the entire state, he has handled cases in 90 of Indiana’s 92 counties. Mr. LeBlanc has earned repeated recognition as an Indiana Super Lawyer, an honor reserved for the top five percent of practicing attorneys, for each of the last six years. Born in Alton, Illinois on December 15, 1975, he earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Cedarville University in 1998 and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University in 2001, where he served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Society. He also worked as a Legislative Staff Assistant to U.S. Senator Michael DeWine in both Ohio and Washington, D.C. Mr. LeBlanc is married and has three children.
