I have been handling tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service and Georgia Department of Revenue  since 1984.  We deal with a variety of tax controversies, and have been very successful with innocent spouse cases, audits, wage and bank levies, offers in compromise, and collection appeals.  We represent individuals and small businesses, including tax return preparers, handle sensitive audits, IRS and Department of Revenue appeals, challenge payroll tax and Trust Fund Recovery Penalty assessments, as well as cases that have to go to U.S. Tax Court and the Georgia Tax Tribunal.  Additionally, we represent small businesses and their owners in a variety of matters, such as contract review, acquisitions and sales of business, and other corporate and LLC transactions.  Lately, I have represented and advised accountants and tax return preparers who have been either audited or penalized by the Internal Revenue Service or the Georgia Department of Revenue due to negligence or mistakes in preparing tax returns for their clients.
