John E. Carter

I do not find John Carter to be worthy of a positive rating from Martindale. Despite his number of years in practice, I have found him to lack the civility and professionalism necessary to earn a distinguished rating from Martindale. Additionally, in my experience working with Mr. Carter, I found him to lack basic litigation skills that should be routine. Read less
