Kurt Lyn focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance. His clients include private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices and other financial investment firms as acquirers and sellers. He advises on a range of corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments and public and private mergers and acquisitions, formations and dispositions of joint ventures and other strategic alliances and investments, in addition to a broad array of general commercial and corporate matters. His clients operate businesses across a wide range of industries, including technology, health care, consumer products, energy, and digital infrastructure.
