Biography

Robert Carlson is a managing partner with Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & Deloach, LLP (f/k/a Caldwell, Propst & DeLoach) whose practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, will contests, fiduciary litigation, and business disputes. Mr. Carlson received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1991 and graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1996.  Mr. Carlson has been admitted to practice in all of Georgia's state and federal trial and appellate courts. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and Litigation and Estate and Probate Sections of the Atlanta Bar Association.
