As a Florida-licensed attorney since 2002 and a dedicated immigration practitioner since 2003, I represent individuals and businesses worldwide in securing U.S. visas and immigration benefits. My practice is rooted in St. Petersburg, Florida, and serves clients both locally and internationally. I focus extensively on employment- and business-based immigration, working with entrepreneurs, investors, executives, scientists, academics, artists, and athletes, among others. I also assist visitors, students, interns, and exchange program participants with short- and long-term visa needs. With over two decades of experience and membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), I offer clients seasoned guidance and strategic solutions tailored to their unique goals.

Beyond legal representation, I actively mentor fellow attorneys, contribute to professional communities, and author legal toolkits for practitioners navigating complex visa categories. I’ve served as an Adjunct Professor in immigration law and regularly share insights on visa policy, business immigration, and legal best practices.
