Biography

Tim joined Young, Morphis, Bach & Taylor, LLP in 2006 and is currently a partner in the firm. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial and business litigation, property litigation, and estate and trust litigation. His experience includes serving as both lead and assistant counsel in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court. Tim also now devotes a large portion of his practice to homeowners association law and municipal law.
