I have been a prosecutor for 36 years & have worked with & tried cases with him. Tim is one of the best prosecutors & one of the best trial attorneys I have ever worked with. He has a vast legal knowledge. His trial preparation is meticulous. He anticipates defense arguments & has the legal research done to respond to them. His work at trial is unsurpassed. He has the ability to try any case successfully. He has earned the respect of fellow prosecutors, defense attorneys, and our judges.
