Timothy has also worked with numerous insurers and national rental car companies in significant personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
Timothy has represented a broad range of employers in all facets of labor and employment law, including; defending employers in discrimination cases, wrongful discharge lawsuits, wage and hour claims, union litigation and enforcement of restrictive covenants and trade secret protections in federal and state courts and agencies.
He has also represented employers in labor arbitrations, grievances and the negotiations of collective bargaining agreements. In one particular case, Timothy’s efforts led to the Union disclaiming its interest in the bargaining unit.
