Biography

Anna W. Evans is an associate in our Charleston office, focusing her practice in aging services and medical malpractice law.

Prior to joining HBS, Anna clerked for State Farm Automobile Insurance Company within one of the claims litigation counsels. She also served within the Office of the South Carolina Attorney General, where she worked in the Vulnerable Adults and Medicaid Provider Fraud Unit, a unit assigned to targeting fraud in the health care industry, including crimes against individuals in residential care facilities and criminal conduct by providers enrolled in the Medicaid program.

Anna earned her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.
