I have litigated several cases against Barbara. I consider her to be an excellent lawyer. She is diligent, focused, and hard working. I believe that she deserves a very good rating.

    Lawyer response:

    Thank you.

Poor communication and makes questionable claims.

    Lawyer response:

I'm disappointed in this comment as I try to communicate very clearly. As for questionable claims, please read these appellate opinions which vindicate the claims made. See, e.g., 2013 WL 3778132 (Kan. App. 2013); 263 P.3d 767 (Kan. 2011).

  • 1.8/5.0 Rated by a Other Law Firm Position on 02/22/13 in Civil Litigation

Has exercised very poor judgment and communication. Takes unreasonable positions in discovery.

    Lawyer response:

Again, I'm disappointed in this comment but I do not apologize for seeking discovery I believe necessary to prove my client's claims.
