Biography

Hailey Morton is an associate in our Atlanta office, where she focuses her practice on aging services and health care matters. She represents a wide range of providers including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and personal care homes in all phases of litigation.

Prior to joining HBS, Hailey was a staff attorney for the Honorable Jeffery O. Monroe in the Macon Judicial Circuit, Bibb County Superior Court and Crawford County Superior Court. Hailey earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University, where she was an editor and staff member for the Mercer Law Review . At the conclusion of her time on Law Review, Hailey was awarded the Judge Richard Mills Prize for Outstanding Law Review Service based on her significant contribution to the Law Review. She was also an executive board member on the Mercer Advocacy Council and a mock trial team member.
