Ms. Gardner appears to only handle very routine matters, and is easily frustrated in court. In this community of about 15-20 bankruptcy attorney's I would rate her in the bottom 1/3.

I am honestly surprised by this comment. I am not frustrated by appearances in court, have appeared in front of judges many, many times, and have achieved positive results for my clients. Ultimately, helping people get real relief is what matters.
