Ms. Marialena Mavrikaki

Marialena is an associate with the Firm and a member of the Corporate and M&A and Intellectual Property teams. She advises on corporate law with a focus on intellectual property, data protection and privacy and new technologies. Marialena participates in mergers and acquisitions transactions and advises on the registration, protection and management of intellectual property rights. She has experience in trademark registrations and oppositions, as well as the drafting of intellectual property agreements and licences. Prior to joining the Firm Marialena was an attorney at a Collective Management Organization. Marialena holds a Degree in Law from the Democritus University of Thrace and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law & Competition Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. She also holds a Master of Science in Law and Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Piraeus. Marialena is admitted to the Athens Bar (2018).
