Biography

Martha is a senior associate with the Firm which she joined in 2022. She advises on various corporate and commercial law issues, including corporate transformations, mergers and acquisitions, demergers and spin-offs. Martha assists clients on their day to day business and drafts commercial agreements and corporate documents. She is experienced in advising clients on establishing corporate entities in Greece and has worked for clients from a range of industries, including energy, banking and real estate. Martha regularly participates in due diligence reviews. Prior to joining the firm, Martha was a lawyer with EY Law. She holds a Degree in Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and an MSc in Business for Lawyers from ALBA Graduate Business School. She is admitted to the Athens Bar (2014).
