Ms. Meghan Uzzi Lehner

Meghan Lehner grew up on Long Island, New York, and after graduating from Hofstra University, she headed to Indiana to attend Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. She quickly experienced Hoosier Hospitality firsthand, decided to stay, and has practiced law in Indiana since 2005. Meghan focuses on employment law and civil rights, representing employees in matters involving Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, wage claims, and Due Process and First Amendment violations. With more than 19 years of experience, she has represented clients in federal court and before agencies such as the EEOC, MSPB, and SEAC. She is admitted in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and she has briefed and argued cases in the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court, and Seventh Circuit. Meghan is active in the Indianapolis Bar Association, currently chairing the Solo/Small Firm Division and previously chairing the Labor and Employment Section. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation, a member of NELA, and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2023. She lives in Fishers with her husband and two sons and volunteers regularly in the community.
