Melina has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting due diligence exercises and ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements. Melina has experience in privatisations of state-owned companies and provides regulatory advice, particularly in the context of public procurement and concession law. She holds a Degree in Law and an LLM in European and International Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Melina also holds an LLM in Private Law and Business Transactions from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. She was originally admitted to the Larissa Bar (2016) and transferred to the Athens Bar (2024).
