Biography

Rangeley Bailey is a South Carolina attorney and partner at Jebaily Law Firm in Florence, where she represents clients in Personal Injury and Social Security Disability cases. Many of the people she helps are going through some of the toughest periods of their lives, and Rangeley is known for pairing strong advocacy with real empathy and straight talk. Born in Dillon and raised in Florence, she values the close-knit community spirit that shaped her early years. She graduated cum laude from Columbia College with a history degree and a minor in Leadership, then earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina. After law school, Rangeley clerked for Circuit Court Judge John Milling in Darlington before moving into civil litigation and ultimately focusing her practice on injury and disability claims. She has also served as a Municipal Judge for the City of Florence, as President of the Florence County Bar, and as a Commissioner on the South Carolina Access to Justice Commission. Currently, she serves as an appointed member of the Supreme Court’s Commission on Lawyer Conduct. Outside the office, Rangeley is a proud mom of two USC students and a dog mom to Lexie and Sandy, and she stays active with the American Heart Association.
