Rebecca is very thorough and smart and works hard. She is very detailed oriented and can analyze a lot of information. She will always be prepared. I believe she knows the law. She is not effective in verbal advocacy and is not very nimble. She has strong written communication skills. I am not sure she always focuses on the most important things. Can get lost in the weeds.
