Biography

Sue Seeberger is an established and dedicated member of the Dayton community — as a native and legal professional exclusively practicing law in Dayton for over 30 years. In 2009, Ms. Seeberger founded her own firm. She represents individuals and small business owners, as plaintiffs and defendants, in all types of civil and commercial disputes. Sue Seeberger builds lasting relationships with clients. She remains your trusted advocate from initial consultation onward, skillfully representing you. Sue has focused her practice on business and commercial litigation, including real estate disputes and litigation. She was a member of Board of Trustees of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra and Chair of Governance Committee (2005-2011). Sue has also served as a member of Board of Trustees of Clothes That Work! (2003-2007) and as an Elder and Trustee of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Dayton, Ohio (2005-2008). Ms. Seeberger is a native of Dayton, Ohio and gives back to her community. She has served as a board member and as president of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project. She served as a board member for Clothes That Work!, serving Montgomery and Greene counties. Ms. Seeberger has also been a board member of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra. She is a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church in downtown Dayton, where she sings in the choir and has served as an elder, trustee and deacon. Ms. Seeberger provides sound counsel on ways to reduce the chances of lawsuits against your business. Her goal is to minimize the disruption of a commercial dispute on your business.
