Biography

Vicky is an associate at the Firm and a member of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets team. She advises on banking and finance matters, including secured and unsecured loan, restructuring and refinancing transactions and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Vicky served as an in-house counsel to the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund. She holds a Degree in Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and a MA in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Piraeus. She is currently attending an LLM in Securities Law and Corporate at the University of London. She is admitted to the Athens Bar (2021).
