Nancy R. Shannon

Ms. Shannon pursued family law because of the opportunity it gives her to assist clients in the most important facets of their lives – their children and their financial future. She communicates with her clients the strengths and weaknesses of her clients’ cases, equipping them to make strategic decisions that will give them the best chance for success. She is inherently curious, which has allowed her to understand all aspects of a case, as well as pursuing the best possible outcome for each of her clients. “I bring my Midwestern values to my practice, which includes honesty, tenacity, and the desire to help my client to the very best of my ability,” Ms. Shannon says.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Cordell & Cordell, Ms. Shannon practiced family and juvenile law as well as employment discrimination. She chose family law after working in banking for several years. Ms. Shannon was looking for a challenge, but also wanted to work with a diverse clientele. Awards
