Biography

Noah A. Yudelson joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2025 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department. Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Yudelson was an Associate Attorney at Gutman, Mintz, Baker & Sonnenfeldt, LLP. During Law School, Yudelson was a Volunteer of the Foreclosure Assistance Project at the Nassau County Bar Association. He also worked as a Legal Extern at Pervez & Rehman, P.C.

Represented owners through all phases of commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation, primarily in New York City Housing Court and before various state agencies.

Drafted a variety of litigation documents, including appellate briefs, motions, opposition papers, and Article 78 Petitions within a high-volume setting.

Drafted and negotiated commercial lease agreements, lease amendments, assignments and surrender agreements.

Managed the Emergency Rental Assistance Program portals for numerous landlords, as needed to facilitate the approval of ERAP and LRAP applications; resulting in cumulative awards of over $600,000.00 for clients.
