Biography

I am a senior partner and trial attorney in the Stuart office of Luks Santaniello, a statewide insurance defense firm. The vast majority of my experience has been in the fields of medical malpractice and general liability insurance defense.I received my Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law, cum laude; am a member of The Florida Bar; and have in-depth practical experience in all pre- to post-suit aspects of civil litigation, particularly for motor vehicle/trucking accidents, premises liability claims, and other areas of general liability, as well as ALF/NH claims. I am admitted in all Florida state courts and in both the Northern and Southern Districts, and have substantive trial and medical malpractice arbitration experience.
