Biography

Patrick's practice focuses on helping injured people recover financial compensation for their injuries. He has also represented individuals and businesses throughout the state of Tennessee in business and contract disputes, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, partnership disputes, personal injury claims, and professional malpractice claims.    Patrick received his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a concentration in business transactions.  In law school, Patrick served as an editor of the Tennessee Law Review.  Patrick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama where he was recognized as an accounting honors graduate.   Patrick served as a board member of the Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division from 2004-2010. He was the chairman of the Davidson County High School Mock Trial Competition in 2008.  He previously served as a board member for the Donelson-Hermitage Exchange Club.  In 2011, Patrick was recognized as a “Homerun Hitter” by the Nashville Bar Association and the Nashville Pro Bono Program for his volunteer legal work in the community.     Patrick is admitted to practice by the Tennessee Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.
