Paul Drey is a shareholder at Brick Gentry P.C., who practices primarily in the areas of healthcare and business/commercial/transactional/corporate law. Paul is an established advisor to his healthcare clients, including medical groups, physicians and other medical/healthcare associations. His experience includes advising on entity structures, healthcare transactions, physician contracts, recruiting, personal services and employment, business plans, ACO arrangements, regulatory compliance, including STARK, HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare-related areas of law.
Paul also serves as counselor to business clients relating to contracts, strategic business planning, entity organizational structuring, mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.
As the managing partner of Brick Gentry P.C., Paul has helped set the course of the Firm in its philosophy for providing legal representation to clients. In addition to providing clients with sound, legal advice, Paul believes it is important that clients view Brick Gentry as a key member of their strategic team. And, that the Firm not only understands the legal issues and its clients' concerns, but also understands the clients' business as a whole and the industry in which its clients are operating.
Paul serves on various professional and civic boards, including House of Mercy Foundation, Holy Family School Foundation Board, and Honorary Board Member of Mentor Iowa and of Rebuilding Together.
