Biography

After graduating from the University of South Florida, Paul received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University in May 1988 and was admitted to practice law in September of 1988. Paul is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as the Supreme Court of Florida and all jurisdictions within the State of Florida. Paul believes the mission of this firm is to make sure that all clients have legal representation. To ensure this goal, it is important for insurance companies to know which law firms try cases and which ones just settle cases. As a result, insurance companies understand our reputation of treating every case as if it's going to trial. Paul practices plaintiff's personal injury/wrongful death, auto negligence, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and product liability. Paul has lived in the Tampa area for over 34 years and is currently residing in North West Tampa with his children.
