I have had very intensive interaction on the opposite side of a case with Paul Scott in recent years and find him to be the kind of lawyer I would want to represent me if I had an eminent domain or personal injury claim. Not only is he well-versed on the law, but he is an excellent strategist, pleasant to the court and all parites, and never overstates his position.
