Biography

Paul Stegenga, Jr. is an associate in the Atlanta office, where he focuses his practice on aging services, health care, and general liability.

Before joining Hall Booth Smith as an associate, Paul gained valuable experience as a law clerk at a personal injury firm. He was also a part of the Corporate Counsel Externship Program at Mercer University School of Law, where he externed with the Office of General Counsel at Georgia College & State University. Through these opportunities, Paul gained experience in litigation, transactional, and regulatory work.

Paul earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude , from Mercer University School of Law, where he also received his Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting and was member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. He was active in numerous organizations, including serving as the treasurer for the Student Bar Association and Sports and Entertainment Law Society and was a member of Mercer’s Advocacy Council.

He graduated magna cum laude from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Management.
