Biography

Like all good attorneys, Paula Wells is very active in professional organizations and her community. She is a member of the Greensboro and North Carolina Bar Associations and licensed to practice in Maryland and Massachusetts. She has shared her corporate law knowledge through several articles on that topic in the American Jurisprudence 2d series and frequently gives talks on small business topics. Her peers recognized her expertise and work ethic by voting for her as one of Business North Carolina magazine’s Legal Elite.

She is president of the Greensboro Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and active in the Crescent Rotary Club.
