Biography

Peter joined ELM in 2016 and works in the litigation and business practice groups. His work focuses on assisting a broad range of clients in a variety of business and litigation matters.

During law school, Peter externed at Open Door Legal Services with Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission and later interned with a law firm in Spokane. Before joining ELM, Peter worked as Staff Counsel to the Washington State Senate in Olympia analyzing statutes and administrative regulations, providing legal research and analysis, and helping to draft legislation in key policy areas.
