In 1977 one attorney wanted to break from the pack and create a firm focused on a new concept of service--a firm built on listening so intently to the needs of businesses and individuals that the common distractions of the legal system fall quiet. He saw the need for a team of highly competent lawyers who would be in the business of helping people realize their goals, looking out for others' interests first, and speaking for those who would otherwise have no voice in the legal system.
