Peter E. Brill is recognized as a distinguished legal practitioner in New York State, having represented thousands of clients and trying well over 100 cases to verdict. He is currently the only attorney in New York State to hold the esteemed certification in Criminal Law from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Formerly serving as an Assistant District Attorney, Peter now concentrates on criminal defense and representing professionals undergoing scrutiny or disciplinary proceedings. A graduate of Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center, Peter brings a wealth of academic and practical experience to his practice. His commitment to legal excellence is underscored by his recognition as a Super Lawyer annually since 2012, a distinction reserved for the top practitioners in the New York metropolitan area. Additionally, he has been honored as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in New York by the National Trial Lawyers organization.

Peter's accolades include being named a Legal Eagle by Long Island Pulse magazine in 2009 and receiving the Special Recognition Award from the NYPD's Detective Borough Queens in 2007 for his advocacy on behalf of law enforcement personnel and their families.
