Biography

Phil Mitchell is a general practice attorney, whose practice includes a strong emphasis in litigation (both civil and criminal), contract and commercial law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate and business law and general business transactions.

Mr. Mitchell has represented clients in all aspects of litigation, including business disputes, misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses. His courtroom experience is extensive, and includes civil and criminal trial work at all levels, from small claims cases to complex civil litigation and jury trials. Phil has been very successful in representing businesses as well as victims of automobile accidents, work related injuries, fraud and faulty construction. Phil’s clients include individuals, landlords (of both apartments complexes and rental homes), banks and other lending institutions, churches and other charitable organizations, builders and construction contractors, physicians, municipalities and various business owners and entities.
