Mr. Hoffman is an attorney licensed in Washington. He possesses a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Financial Planning. He has previously held the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst certificate and Series 6, 63. & 65 licenses.

In 2018 he started to focus on retirement division orders, commonly referred to as qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs).

His legal background includes well over 1800 cases between criminal defense and family law and his non-legal background ranges from having been an unlimited-tonnage deck officer in the merchant marine, with the United States Coast Guard License of Master, unlimited tonnage, Oceans; and Master, sail, 100 gross-tons, oceans to being a graduate gemologist (GIA).

He believes that if you hire him or his company, you receive personal service and attention, working with people that will assist you in trying to accomplish your goal.
