Biography

Raphael Ogbonna-Amu is an associate in our Jacksonville office, specializing in general liability matters. Prior to joining HBS, he honed his skills as an associate at a Florida defense firm, where he represented clients in auto accident, slip and fall, and Lemon Law cases. Raphael also gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kim Gibson in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable William Arbuckle in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University.

Originally from Nigeria, Raphael moved to the U.S. at the age of 18, bringing a diverse perspective to his practice.
