Biography

Rayan Salha joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2022 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.

Salha’s practice is focused on residential and complex commercial real estate litigation. He represents owners and landlords at all stages of litigation from case inception through trial and subsequent appeals. Salha has extensive experience drafting various pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs and has successfully argued motions before the New York State Courts.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Salha was a Law Clerk with Abrams Fensterman, LLP.
