Biography

Mr. Simpson’s practice focus is estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration and litigation, conservatorships and business matters. He has extensive experience in all phases of planning, administration and litigation, and is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in probate, estate planning and trust law.
Prior to joining Noland Hamerly Etienne & Hoss, Mr. Simpson served as an associate at Solomon Dwiggins & Freer, Ltd., Nevada’s largest law firm specializing in trust and estate matters.
