Biography

Robert Wayne Pearce has been a trial attorney for more than 40 years.  During that time, he developed a well-respected and highly accomplished legal career representing investors and brokers in disputes with one another and the government and industry regulators.  Attorney Pearce has tried, arbitrated and mediated hundreds of investment-related disputes, protecting investors' rights throughout the United States and internationally. In the last 20 years Mr. Pearce has recovered over $125 million for investors in disputes with their stockbrokers. Attorney Pearce has earned the rating of AV Preeminent, the highest rating possible through the Martindale-Hubbell peer rating program.  He has also been named a Florida Super Lawyer through Thomson Reuters for Securities Litigation. Mr. Pearce is also a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group in which fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members, for the numerous million dollar and multi-million dollar awards he has won for his clients.  Most recently, Attorney Pearce was a Daily Business Review finalist for its “2013 Most Effective Lawyer” honor for the $2.75 million award won for his client.  All of these accolades are a clear indication of Attorney Pearce’s experience, knowledge and level of dedication to getting the best results possible for each and every one of his clients.
