Biography

For over 40 years, Roger has focused his practice on serious personal injury and wrongful death claims on behalf of people injured or killed by the carelessness of others. Most of these cases involve car crashes, unsafe premises, dangerous products and machines, and other general liability matters.

He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1980. Before founding Turgeon & Associates in 1999, Roger spent six years at two major Boston law firms, five years with a personal injury firm on Cape Cod, and nine years as the head of the personal injury department at Hamel, Deshaies & Gagliardi (later known as the Hamel Law Firm) in Amesbury, Massachusetts. Roger is a member of multiple legal associations, including the Bar Associations of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, and has served as governor-at-large of the New Hampshire Association for Justice for over 10 years. He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts in each of those three states.
