Introducing Rosemarie Arnold: A Champion for Justice and
Victims' Rights
Born on June 9, 1962, to parents Iris Arnold, a school
teacher, and Dr. Murray Arnold, an obstetrician gynecologist, Rosemarie
Arnold's journey as an attorney has been nothing short of remarkable.
After graduating with honors from the Bronx High School of
Science in 1979, where she captained the women's swim team, Rosemarie pursued
her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in criminal justice at
The State University of New York at Binghamton in 1983. Subsequently, she
earned her Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she became a
member of the Moot Court Honor Society and captain of the negotiating team.
Starting her career at the Law Offices of Christian Stueben
in 1986, Rosemarie represented large corporate defendants, but soon felt
unfulfilled with defense litigation. In 1989, she founded The Law Offices of
Rosemarie Arnold, devoted to representing injured victims, with a small office
in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. Over three decades, Rosemarie transformed her
firm into one of the largest and most successful plaintiffs firms in Bergen
County, with Mary Mazza serving as CFO.
Throughout her career, Rosemarie has recovered hundreds of
millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for her grateful clients,
handling scores of high-profile cases. Her legal expertise has earned her
recognition from prominent media outlets, and she has appeared as a legal
expert on several TV shows.
Rosemarie Arnold has been honored with numerous accolades,
including being named Top 10 in New Jersey for Personal Injury Attorney in 2019
and being recognized by organizations like the American Institute of Personal
Injury Attorneys and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
A staple on the New Jersey Super Lawyers list since 2005,
Rosemarie expanded her practice to New York City in 2011 and was named to the
New York Super Lawyers list as well.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified
Civil Trial Attorney in 1995, Rosemarie has been re-certified to the present
day, making her one of the youngest attorneys ever certified in NJ at that
time.
Beyond her professional achievements, Rosemarie Arnold is
actively involved in community service and sits on the Board of Trustees of the
Rebeka Verea Foundation, advocating against speeding and drunk driving in high
schools.
With her extraordinary results on behalf of sexual abuse
victims, Rosemarie Arnold continues to be a trailblazer and an unwavering
champion for justice and victims' rights.
