Sara Leston joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2025 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department. Leston frequently represents developers, property owners, design professionals, and construction firms in both litigation and transactional matters.Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Leston was an Associate at a boutique construction law firm.

Represented real estate developers, condominium boards, and property owners in license agreement negotiations for access to install NYC Building Code-required protections in connection with adjacent construction projects.

Drafted and negotiated license agreements, escrow agreements, and insurance and indemnity agreements.
