He represents financial institutions, builders, developers, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of real estate, corporate and financing matters which include commercial and residential real estate transactions, secured and unsecured loans, complex loan workouts, entity formation, residential and commercial leasing and mergers and acquisitions.
