Biography

A Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, Scott is A graduate of Boston University School of Law. Scott is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School and lectures frequently on estate planning and elder law issues, having appeared on local and national television discussing these issues. Scott is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, which has been recognized as a top legal source by Money Magazine and Suze Orman. For more than a decade, Scott has been designated a California Super Lawyer and also awarded with a lifetime membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
