Biography

Scott Reidenbach is the founding principal of Reidenbach & Associates, LLC, a firm he launched in 2007. As the market shifted during the 2008 economic downturn, he helped build the firm’s reputation in the Pennsylvania real estate community and with national homebuilders by providing practical, cost-conscious counsel focused on real results. Scott litigates and resolves a wide range of real estate disputes, including construction defect claims, subcontractor and payment issues, building code matters, contract disputes, and insurance coverage conflicts. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants and regularly appears in trials, arbitrations, and mediations. His practice also extends to business law, commercial and civil litigation, and employment matters. Beyond the courtroom, Scott is a frequent speaker on real estate development, collections, and property management, and he has testified as an expert in condominium and community association law. He is also sought out by media outlets such as NBC 10, 6 ABC, and CBS 3 for legal commentary. Originally from Lancaster, he lives in Wayne with his wife and children and enjoys tennis, squash, cycling, yoga, skiing, and music.
