We represented opposing parties in a rather contentious long-standing matter. I had little hope going in of a successful resolution and fully expected to end up at trial. Working with Mr. Hoffman, we were able to craft a resolution that was acceptable to both of our clients. I was impressed with his ability to problem solve and even though our clients were at each other’s throats, we were able to maintain a civil discourse and succesfully resolved the issue at hand to our clients’ benefit.
