Biography

Mr. Scuteri represents national and regional lending institutions and other credit issuing entities in the areas of commercial litigation, collections, bankruptcy, work outs and foreclosure. In addition, Mr. Scuteri represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction litigation, payment bond, and mechanic’s lien matters. 75% of Mr. Scuteri’s practice is devoted to litigation. Mr. Scuteri also serves as assistant general counsel to a national manufacturing company, where he advises on issues from business policy development to construction litigation.

Mr. Scuteri is fluent in Italian.
