Shayne P. Strukoff

The sole basis of my assessment is a file in which Mr. Strukoff was counsel. He might have done more to protect his client's interest by making an earlier appraisal of the case and offering to settle early rather than incurring legal fees. The case involved defence of a defamation claim in which the probable monetary award was approximately 10% - 15% of the costs incurred. The case probably could have been settled by an early apology.
